Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Our mission is to build a culture of personal vocation by empowering each person to recognize and live out their unique design. By embracing personal vocation as the organizing principle of our life, the mystical body of Christ becomes fully alive and we inevitably become the agents of renewal for our families, for our communities, for the Church, and for the entire world.

At Inscape, we help others to live into their unique calling through the following popular programs:

  • The Living Your Personal Vocation online seminar, created as an intensive to help adults understand and live out their authentic design.
  • The 8-week Story Narrative online training to equip mentors to use fulfillment stories to  help others see their design in living color and understand their story in the context of salvation history.

Our Vision

Our vision is for each person to become fully alive as they recognize and embrace their unique calling. In line with the Church’s magisterium, we believe that a reawakening of personal vocation constitutes the path of authentic renewal for the Church and society at large.

  • We envision a culture where people are equipped with the tools, mentors, and support to graduate with a deep sense of purpose, to discern the contours of their unique design, and to joyfully embrace their personal vocation.
  • We foresee vibrancy returning to local churches as the eyes of the young and the old, the rich and the poor, the religious and the laity are awakened to the hope that sainthood is not the privileged prize of the few but an irrevocable and attainable aspiration.
  • We imagine families where the uniqueness of both parents and children is cultivated, celebrated, and encouraged to assimilate new experiences into a growing sense of their true identity and purpose.
  • We envision confident generations who embrace uncertainty and change in their lives with the unshakeable hope that God is calling them to fulfill a unique mission in the world.
  • We believe in a world where all people discover themselves in the tender gaze of a Father – One Who invites them to enter into the beautiful story He wrote for them before the foundations of the world.
