Parish & Non-Profit Workshop
Inscape’s Parish and Non-Profit Workshop is designed to help cultivate a culture of personal vocation for an organization’s core team and give them tools to help their ministries thrive.
Structure
Two 1 hour preliminary zoom sessions
- Session 1: What is personal vocation and what does it mean that I have one?
- Session 2: What does a culture of cultivating personal vocation look like, and what effect does it have on Salvation History?
In Person Workshop (8am – 4pm)
- Mass, 4 sessions: identifying & sharing fulfillment stories, deepening self and other awareness, basic coaching skills, small group breakouts and action planning / prayer time, and Q and A.
Desired Outcomes
- For each team member to grow in their relationship with God, and to come to a greater understanding of their own personal vocation.
- A greater bond between team members, a knowing of each other’s stories, and an understanding of the other as unique and unrepeatable.
- Tools for cultivating a culture of personal vocation in each respected ministry.
